We are pleased to announce that Lana Hill has decided to accept and transition into the new role of Training and Customer Relations Director for City Gate PG. Lana has been a vital part of the CG Team since day one and excels at communicating and relating to others on a personal and professional level. That coupled with her extensive background in Training makes her the perfect candidate for the job!
In Lana’s new role she will be working with the Training Manager to assist in training, motivating and coaching City Gate team members to the next level. As well as work with the Operations Team on problem-solving techniques when residents and entities reach out to Corporate regarding disturbances, violations and/or complaints.
Over the past five years with City Gate Lana has built some very strong relationships throughout the company and industry by showing a genuine interest in others, while being diplomatic when needed. We are extremely excited to see what new accomplishments Lana will bring to the City Gate Team in her new role as Training and Customer Relations Director!
